This point is explain in detail by Vyas in the Devi Bhagwat Puran as an answer to the issue that janamejaya rises with reference to kama's  as killing of 6 infants who were born to Devaki. Four new corals recorded from Indian waters

The species newly found off Andaman and Nicobar Islands belong to the same family called flabellidae

Scientist have recorded for species of corals from the first time from Indian water. Is new species of azooxanthellate corals where found from the water of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Azooxanthellate corals are a group of corals that do not contain zubes and delete and derive not from the sun but from capturing different forms of planktones. This group of corals are deep sea representative with the majority of species being reported from death between 200 m and 1000 m. Also reported from cello coastal water unlike juice and the Zooxanthllate corals that are stricted to shadow waters.
The zoological survey of India ( zsi) scientist behind new finding tamal mondal, said all the four groups of corals are formed the same family flabellidae.
Truncotaflabellin crassum (Milne Edward and haime ,1848)  and T.incrutum (cairans ,1989)T.aculaetum (Milne Edward and Haime ,1848) and T.irregulare (semper,1872)under the family flabellidae were previously found in Japan, the Philippines and Australian waters, while only tea creation was reported with the range of Indo Western Pacific distribution.
                      Truncotaflabellin crassum

Mr.Mondal said azooxanthellate corals are the group of hard and the 4 new species a recorded are  not only solitary but have a highly compressed skeletal structure." Most studies of hard corels in India have been concentrated on reli reef building corals while much is not about non-reef -building corals. Knowledge about non building solitary coral he added .
Drishti banerji, director of ZSI ,said the corals reefs  are one of the past, productive , sustainable and pristine ecosystem of the words Ocean especially in shallow coastal water.

                      Truncotaflabellin aculeatum

"Hard corals the prime and intrinsic part of the coral reef ecosystem. ZSI has given special  emphasis on the exploration of the coastal and biodiversity of India in recent times. It has come out with several new discoveries and ecological findings ",Ms.baneree said .
The currently reported 4 species of solitary is Tony corals inhance the national database of biological resources of India and also define the expansion of scope to explore theses and explode and non reef building corels, see said .

                                    "  Thankyou"
                                   *Keep studying

An ocean of surprises

Marine researchers record a new marine  flatworm in Rushikonda beach of Visahapatnam  One balmy morning when marine biologist Sri Chakra Pranav Tamara Pali and his teammates Vimal Raj , Manish Mancik and pranav sia verma were walking along the Rushikonda during their usual research trip, they stumbled upon a brilliant blue creature making its way through the rocky tidal pools. Fascinated by the colour and the shape, they were quick to click pictures and videos.        "Initially,we thought it could be a nudibranch sea slug ;but upon close observation we realised it was very thin and had branched guts like a polyclad ",says Pranav.    The vibrant coloured benthic organism was a species of polyclad flatworm Pseudoceros galantheensis , record for the  first time in Andhra Pradesh and East Coast mainland India.      Marine flatworm also called polyclads are  usually seen in near shore areas in tropical and sub tropical a...

Measuring quakes

What is at the heart of earthquake? Can they be predicted? Is it possible to set up early warning systems? The story so far: recently a powerful earthquake off magnitude 5.9 on the Richter scales struck a remote town in Afghanistan, killing over thousands and injuring many more. According to the U.S. federal emergency management agency, have 5.9 on the  Richter  scale is roughly equally 37x energy released by the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima. Experts are still  trying to figure out   the best early warning  system to mitigate the damage caused by earthquakes. How do earthquakes happen? According to the theory of plates tectonics , the Earth's crust and upper mantle are made of rigid plates that can move relative to one another.slip on fault near the plate boundary results in earthquake. The points inside  the earth where the earthquake rupture starts is called the focus or hypocentre . The point directly above it on the surface of the earth ...
