It is a very common questions for the student who are learning and for those who want to achieve big things in their life. In this I will tell you how you can focus on your study to achieve great things.

Important things to do 

-we should exercise daily (half  - one hour ) , you  can also do yoga and meditation 

-for beginer they should start with half  to an hour in study and then again start ,try it for 10-15 days and then extend your time to 1-2 hour.

-take healthy foods and avoid junks food.

-maitain consistency in these and if are bored then you can read the books of great leaders , scientsts and other which you like   .

-try to remind what you have read and note on paper and then you can cross check for correction.

-try to avoid to those person who try to  distract you from your aim and start spending time with good ones.

-avoid smart phone and prefer book to read .

- try to start thinking broad about any topic .

-try to spend your time in finding short tricks , in lengthy questions and  methods to solve a question in short duration.

These are things which you can do to achieve your goal.
